Broccoli and Cheese stuffed Chicken

I decided to try another delicious Skinny Taste recipe and was well pleased. This recipe is extremely easy and delicious! 


1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Pound out boneless, skinless chicken breast into cutlets...

3. In one bowl put whole wheat italian bread crumbs and the other put one egg mixed with 1t water. 


4. Add one slice of your choice of cheese along with cooked brocoli on top of the chicken...

5. Roll chicken up and secure with tooth pick or skewers... 
6. Next, dip each piece into the egg bath and roll in the bread crumbs...

7. Lastly, spray your pan with olive oil and lightly spray the chicken as well... bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
